Inspiration

Clay and food come from the Earth. Inspired not only by where we are in the world, we also become inspired by what we eat. Many times a specific family meal or a specific recipe inspires. Not long ago during the quarantine, we were trying to cook something new every week. It could be anything. Brainstorming the new recipe would normally be a dinner conversation. We made Creme Brulee the week after we talked about EPCOT and Paris. The low flat store bought Creme Brulee dish disappointed. This led to us wanting to make a deeper and smaller dish to make Creme Brulee in. Why not? We get to try out the new dish and have Creme Brulee again.
